License Agreement

Four Seasons HD, a unit of *editointi.net, has full copyright of the material distributed and licensed through this website. Four Seasons HD is the Licensor and permits the Licensee to use the high definition video clips and/or material purchased and downloaded from this website on the following conditions

• Licensee is any individual or entity who purchases high definition video clips and/or material from Four Seasons HD Clip Shop. Rights are granted to use the purchased video clips for any video or multimedia production, be it for private or commercial purposes. This includes broadcast, Internet and any public display such as trade show or advertising using any media channels.
• Rights are granted non-exclusively. This means that others who might have purchased the same clip or clips have similar rights to use the material purchased from Four Seasons HD Clip Shop.
• Re-sale or licensing the clips or video material to 3rd parties in any form is not authorized.

Four Seasons HD uses every effort to make sure video material downloaded from Four Seasons HD Clip Shop is free from defects and artifacts other than the standard careful use of the available technology and methods might introduce. Therefore we offer no refunds and all sales are considered final. In the case of defective end product caused by download or physical media used to deliver the end product Licensee is asked to contact Four Seasons HD within 30 days to allow replacing the defective end product.

This License Agreement between Four Seasons HD and the Licensee is effective as soon as the transaction to purchase clips or material has been made. Invoice or receipt of the transaction is also the proof of purchase and license to use the material as stated by this License Agreement.
